I'm Tyler, the owner of Little Dillo Service Co. I bring 10+ years of garage door and HVAC experience.
I started Little Dillo to bring more affordability and honesty to home service. That means diagnosing the real problem, explaining it in plain language, giving you the price up front, and letting you make the decision — without sales pressure.

A service call should start with understanding the problem, not a sales pitch. Here's what you can expect every time.
Repair first when it's practical
If a repair makes sense, that's what we'll recommend. If replacement is the better value, we'll show you why and let you compare.
The price before the work
A service-call charge applies to the visit. If you go ahead with the repair, it's credited toward the repair. You'll know the price before work begins, and work doesn't start until you approve it. Estimates for new HVAC equipment and new garage doors are free.
Work that's backed up
Our labor carries a 1-year labor warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.

We service heating and cooling systems — gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits — of all makes and brands. We're an authorized ACiQ dealer for new HVAC equipment and install Invicta residential garage doors.
Regular hours: Mon–Sat 7 am–6 pm. Closed Sunday for regular service. Emergency service available 24/7.
